Document templates provide guidance at the detailed level
The objective of the document templates is to provide a structure for consistent, streamlined/effective project documentation
 
The project files support three categories of documents:

Primary Documents
Standardised documents that all project teams use. The primary documents are optimised for a particular project/process type e.g. New Product, Product Enhancement
Document Links
The project file contains a predefined set of folders for organizing typical ad-hoc documents and associated navigational links. Additional folders and navigation pages can be added.
Document Templates
Links to document templates that the team may choose to use at any point during the project.
