PD-Trak™ is a NPD project/portfolio management system based on a configurable stage/phase-gate process. Project management tools help to develop a project business case, facilitate R&D, and augment project planning & execution.
PD-Trak helps a product team consistently follow the development process and determine that a sound business case exists for a development project. PD-Trak includes a best practices-based development process and a set of templates for project documents and provides a common document repository for development projects. It complements and integrates with project management tools such as MS Project and provides graphical performance reporting. It provides management with visibility across development projects, prioritises the project portfolio, and plans resource requirements across projects.
